To access the Stone Rose in the Labyrinth, you need to complete most of the dungeon. The dungeon can be accessed from the centre of the large corridor right next to the teleporters hub. First, you need to access a dungeon that will take you back in time in the Grand Chasm.
The Stone Rose in this map is a bit tricky. On impulse I unchecked it and the Stellarium time jumped 6:xxpm to 4:xxpm while the local time was 5:xxpm. Stellarium (MESA mode) Uses software rendering via MESA library. I checked the Location DST setting and it was checked.
